Over ten thousand schools to be turned into polling stations for upcoming elections


The Ministry of Education  has announced that 12,577 schools will be turned into polling stations during the parliamentary elections, which are set to begin on 28 November.
According to Ahmed El-Taweel, assistant to the Minister for Education and Technology, the schools are currently being prepared. He added that teaching will be halted temporarily for the day, to allow Egyptians to cast their votes in the schools.
